| Rock Hippo is going to exhibit its F2P games at Gamescom 2011
Rock Hippo Productions has unveiled today that it will be exhibiting its two free-to-play games, the upcoming Brawl Busters and MicroVolts, at the Gamescom convention in Cologne, on August 17-21.
Rock Hippo will be hosting daily tournaments for the visitors with awesome gaming gear as prizes.
The Brawl Busters
tournament focuses on the game’s Zombie Survival mode. Playing in
teams of two, players will try to beat out as many waves of attacking
zombies as they can. The team who beats the most waves of zombies wins
the daily prize, two Alienware gaming keyboards, one for each player.
The top scoring team will be announced at the end of every day.
The MicroVolts
daily tournament will see teams face off in the Team Deathmatch mode.
It will be held every day of the convention at 2pm sharp and the booth’s
visitors can sign up their teams of four players the day of each
tournament, prior to the start. Playoffs-style, teams will compete
against each other and then the top two teams will advance to the
finals. The winning team will receive four Alienware gaming mice, one
for each participating player.
“We are very excited to exhibit our two new games at Europe’s largest gaming convention,” said Howard He, President of Rock Hippo Productions. “Exhibiting
at Gamescom allows us to interact directly with our fans and players.
We look forward to hearing their feedback after playing MicroVolts and
Brawl Busters and seeing the excitement when the tournaments we are
hosting get going.”
