Turbine, Inc. has published all the details of the new playable race for Asheron's Call 2: Fallen Kings, included in the new expansion: Legions. Here you have the official announcement:

We’ve just posted the full skill tree, movie clip, and background information about the AC2: Legions playable race, The Drudge. This race can be unlocked on launch day by players who pre-order the Legions Bonus offer (currently available online at GameStop and EB Games).
