City of Heroes

NCSoft has announced that City of Heroes 3rd Issue, Council of War, is now online at servers and users can download it. Its main features are:

New zone
- Striga Isle(levels 20-29). Smugglers from Talos Island and Independence Port can get you a transport for arriving at this island which is at international waters, home of criminals, and a fortress from The Council. Contact with Stephanie Peebles at docks if you are interested on Striga Isle.

New villains
- The Council(all levels). They come from 5th Column, now they are an independent evil group. Information about The Council is needed..

New zone events
- Independence Port dock workers are in strike until security will be restablished again after huge squid attacks. Independence Port and Talos Islan citizens say that they have suffererd ghost attacks.
- King Rows informers say that Clochwork King is now more active and must be stopped.

Epic Archetypes
- When getting at level 50, first archetype will be available. Kheldians are energetic people, like evil Nictus, which make a symbiosis with humans.
- Players can choose between Peacebringers, aka Kheldians, or Warshades, which are que Nictus which now are in the good side.
- Peacebringers come from nature and Warshades are made at labs.
- Kheldians and Nictus are vulnerable to certain weapons, which are known by Paragon City criminals.

New powers
From level 41, heroes can specialize in a way of unique powers.There are four ways for each archetype.
