To have a great power, great skills, implies a great responsibility... I have always lived with those words in my mind, fighting for the freedom and the innocents, facing multitude of villains and evil beings but, in my interior, there have been allways a discordant voice, that watched with envies to my enemies and their freedom of action, to enjoy the other side of the morality... Now has come the time, my other side has awake and the world will shake of terror when seeing me...
 
This is the feeling that many heroes of Paragon City will have experimented and finally, with the next launching of City of Villains will be able to give loose rein and experience the other side of justice, the side of the evildoers and villains who every day threaten the existence of the innocents to obtain their desires: the complete domination of the free world. Although it's clear that all the players will not think equal, and many will follow faithfuls their defense of the Good, for that reason the true war between the Chaos and the Order is going to start in Paragon City very soon.
 
Be as it is, City of Villains, that will completely launch independent of City of Heroes, becoming twin tittles, is going to suppose a great package of contents that will complete the quality of game of City of Heroes giving the final opportunity to choose between good or evil. Without forgetting new zones to explore and to fight, new factions, enemies, as much villains as heroes, new types of powers, heroes, and lot of things that surely will be nice to all the ample fan community of this so original MMORPG.
