First of everything is to state that like in City of Heroes we have infinite options at the time of creating our avatar of unique form and that it's almost impossible to find another player with a character like ours, in City of Villains happens exactly the same although the possibilities adapted to being able to create our super villain of thousands of different forms. And not only it changes the visual aspect, but also is different the type of villains to choose between the archetypes that were in CoH, in City of Villains we will be able to choose being Brutes, Stalkers, Masterminds, Dominators or Corruptors. Although the branches of powers to choose will be similar to the one of the good heroes.

Here the new features do not finish, since with City of Villains the player guilds finally will be able to acquire their secret bases. The headquarters of a super group will be its operations center and will be completely configurable, almost just as if we spoke of the character creation. The difference is that to build the different rooms and facilities we will need "money", prestige points. Of this form we will be able to install communications centers, generators, medical centers, warehouses, workshops, deffensive installations, etc. And in each type of construction we will be able to choose between multitude of different designs as we want for our base.

The headquarters introduce us as well in another great newness, in the crafting system, from now when we kill an enemy, besides to give some improvements and influence points, if we have activated the "salvage" option, we will be able to recover a part of the same one, and then refine it, so we will be able to use to craft new components, as traps or turrets for our bases. Thus in the warehouses of our quarter we will be able to deposit materials and in the workshops use them to create our own objects. Without a doubt this was one of the aspects that more missed the players in City of Heroes, without forgetting the PvP of course.
