from adding new zonesand new enemy types, some more impovements have
been made. Internal scenarios have been improved and now playerds can
have four different looks for each character. Group strategies has
been added during combat. Characters achieve new new animations
an special effects at level 30. Group search has been extended to all
zones.  
And
further more, two major player requests have been added: now you can
wear cloaks and you can rearrange your character's powers. But you must
demonstrate you deserve them. Players must complet a special mission to
get a cloak. This mission will be designed by council representative
and, when finished, you will be able to buy cloaks at any store.
You must do Task Forces for rearranging your powers, having four
opportunities to do so. First opportunity to do so is after achieving
level 24, at Terra Volta Task Force, where you become affected by
fusion generator radiation and suffer some secondary effects.  
NCSOft
has become an example for other gaming companies, because of their free
addons and constant expansions. And not only with City of Heroes, but
also with Lineage 2. Now we are anxiously waiting for City of Villains
to become evil superheroes wanting to conquer the world, and to use new
added PvP system..
