Discover all the secrets of the burning desert
During many years I have walked by the Norrath territories discovering great mysteries and confronting great challenges. After the cataclysm of 500 years ago the known world changed and now the survivors try to continue fighting with their lives and reconstruct the destroyed things. For that reason my obligation has been to redefine the world maps and discover the new territories that have formed or those lands which contact was lost. Of this form, and after many sufferings I managed to find what was only a rumor, a legend: the Desert of Ro. A place already forgotten but that it locked up great secrets and one of the more controverted that I have known, more even than Freeport, Maj'Dul, the great capital that dominates the burning desert...
After almost a year of the launching of Everquest II and after being launched the two mini adventure packs Sony Online Entertainment has introduced the first payed expansion for the game: Desert of Flames, with new zones, contents, enemies and many new features that will make the delights Everquest II players. Thus we finally recovered one of the most emblematic zones of Everquest, the desert of Ro, although being us 500 years after the original game we will find it very different from which many will remember.
Players who are decided to acquire Desert of Flames will find now in the Qeynos port and the one of Freeport there are a series of flying carpets that when using them will transport us to the new desert island of Ro. The first that we will see when arriving will be the Sinking Sands where we will be able to speak with the first inhabitants of this desert zone and to know more on this territory. There we will be able to even take a flying carpet to different points from the zone and one that takes us to the city of Maj'Dul itselfs.
