One of the main reclamations of Gods and Heroes: Rome Rising is its action combat system, which Perpetual assures that will be the most impressive as much visually as in gameplay. With the technology of Node-Lock(TM) animations as much the player characters, as the creatures and the monsters, will execute real attacks and defenses that will really have a physical impact in their opponents. As the players progress in the game they will be learning new styles, special attacks, defenses and battle movements, each one of them with its unique animation who will do of the fight in Gods and Heroes a visual pleasure.
The new features do not finish here but that in addition is going away to implement a very interactive squad system that will allow to reach the players a new level in the strategy of its battles in a massive online game. Of this form before beginning any fighting they will be able to select and train their own soldier npc's in a great variety of abilities, create specific formations for certain challenges, plan strategies and formation beforehand so that the squads execute them at their command.
Once they are in the middle of a battle players will be able to participate in the same one fighting with their character while they analyze everything what happens and react in real time, will be able to shout special commands to modify the formation or to make special movements to take advantage from some detected weakness of the enemy. All it trying to always find the best combination between strategy, formation, attacks and defenses to gain the victory with the minimum of possible losses. Briefly this system is not the typical one to click with the mouse and move but that will require of the player all its sharpness and intelligence to be able to raise itself with the victory.
