Neo is dead, he was the chosen one, the only one who could release to the humans in their war against the machines. All waited for a decisive victory with which the defenders of Zion could return to the surface and reclaim what it belong to them even with the risk to lose millions of people destroying Matrix. But Neo did something more than that, he made the unthinkable thing, a truce with the machines, saving either the inhabitants of Zion and the million connected human beings to the Matrix. Nobody knows what has happened with his corpse, Morpheo wants to recover it so that it even can be venerated as it must but the Machines refuse to give it, and confirming that have not been recycled, something will be necessary to be done...
 
Any day, in a place anywhere of your daily routine appears a stranger who takes to you and he amiably forces to you to follow him to a room, there he tells you that all that in which you have thought, all the life that you have lived, all those beings whom has loved, aren't more than lies. And more than think that all is a madness, in your soul you know that from always you have known it, that something did not work as must. They give you to choose between taking two pills, a red one that will clear the veil that covers your mind to the crude reality of the human race or another blue one that will make forget it everything you and continue living a false existence. You decide to take the red pill and you soon feel that everything vanishes, a great fall to a dirty water full of corpses, where you are rescued by a strange ship and you are informed of the true reality of your existence.
 
This will be how we will be introduced in our first time in the world of Matrix Online, making us feel as if we were within one of the films of Matrix. From the first moment we already noticed that one of the main objectives of this game is to please fans of the films and procure them a great immersion in the game. Detail more than concrete in the selected system to create our character. Where we will simulate to be a ship operator looking for a candidate who is conscious of the reality of Matrix, thus we will have to be giving the details of our character until finally he is located in the great city.
